The Customer Experience department plays a vital role in managing our journey management and tracking system, ensuring that customers' goods arrive safely, on time, and in full (SOTIF). In addition, they handle customer inquiries and ensure our operations are conducted safely. This team is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding customer needs, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds expectations. Through their efforts, they contribute significantly to both operational safety and an exceptional customer experience.
