Ibitayo is a seasoned HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) professional with over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector. He currently serves as the Group Head of HSSEQ at Transport Services Limited, where he leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational safety, compliance, and sustainability.

An alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Programme, Ibitayo holds both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos. He is also a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), reflecting his commitment to global best practices in HSSEQ management.

With extensive experience in the Nigerian and Sub-Saharan African markets, Ibitayo has held leadership roles in several multinational FMCG companies. He has a proven track record of promoting safety-first cultures, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable business.
